FSAE Öhlins TTX25 Shock Rebuild Service (Per Shock)
Each shock is completely disassembled, cleaned and inspected for wear and damage. They are then reassembled with new adjuster assemblies, new seals, fresh oil, and the proper gas pressure before being tested on our dynamometer. During the dynamometer test the low speed and high speed adjusters are set at full closed and then full open so the entire adjustable range of the shock can be checked. If any problems are found during any of these operations, you will be notified to discuss the problem, options, and cost. The performance test dyno data is provided for each shock. This price does not include the replacement of any worn and/or damaged major shock part.
Please note: This rebuild service is a maintenance procedure and not a repair service. We reserve the right to reject rebuild service on any shock that arrives non-functional or in disrepair due to age, damage, or abuse. Shock repair may be done on a case-by-case basis and the cost will vary based on the scope of the work.
